This is a dynamic bodywork therapy originating from South and South East Asia. This is a fully clothed massage on a comfortable floor mat, that utilizes rhythmic application of pressure along the body, holding pressure points, and both dynamic and static assisted stretching techniques.

Natalie’s present focus is on functional movement and exercises for seniors to help them tackle activities of daily living and enjoy their hobbies.
